Adam, at Sustainable Surveyors, has a BSc First Class Honours in Building Surveying and over ten years experience within the built environment. Having started off doing an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating, he soon worked his way up to supervising jobs and running the production within a large established decorating firm in London.
Then starting his own company he ran this for a number of years before starting a full time, three-year degree course accredited by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveryors) and the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building). This had a strong emphasis on sustainability, along with the core competencies a qualified Building Surveyor would expect to achieve; construction technology and environmental services, building pathology, legal and regulatory, inspection, design and specification, etc.
Dolly completed a BA in Interior Design at London University of the Arts and has gained a variety of experience within the field of Interior design. She is creative and has developed a multitude of skills since she moved to London in 2007 from Denmark to pursue her vocation as an Interior Designer.
She has experience in both the residential and commercial sectors; designing retail window displays, residential and commercial space planning, commercial kitchen design, etc.
She is passionate about architecture and design and enjoys going to industry events, particularly when there is a focus on sustainability.
